TERMS and CONDITIONS
By using this website, the user accepts financial responsibility for all uses of this website and / or other persons under his / her responsibility. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the contractual relationship of Booking2Luxury.com, acting as an intermediary for various suppliers, and a customer and / or customer and / or purchasing service (hereinafter referred to as "the customer") or "purchaser" using this website).
Booking2Luxury.com provides accommodation and transportation from a wide range of accommodation providers and carrier airlines, ships and car rental companies. The provision of such travel arrangements will be valid as part of the contractual terms of each supplier (as a supplier's agent or as part of our holiday package). The terms and conditions of all suppliers cannot be listed. Here, the client / customer should read carefully and the main companies that we do business are listed below, but there is much more as a part of our wide range of products, agencies and holiday packages. All rates are in the currency indicated each time. Prices may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations, VAT increases or other taxes. Such an increase / decrease will automatically affect the published rates. Prices for all booked services are available on Booking2Luxury.com at the time of booking.
2.1 FEES AND PURCHASING
All exchange rates except British Pounds, US Dollars, Euros and TL are provided for convenience only. Reservations to be made outside these currencies are accepted according to the defined currency in the designated market. Countries use contract prices from the defined market (EU, MEA, CIS, TR, Israel, etc.). For incorrect market-nationality purchases Booking2Luxury.com will not be liable. Please note that incorrect reservations will be charged to the customer prior to check-in.
www.Booking2Luxury.com shall not be liable for any fees or charges incurred by the issuer of the cardholder.
2.2 NON-REFUNDABLE RATES
Sometimes some rooms may appear to be non-refundable. These rooms carry special restrictions and conditions. Please read the following price rules for these rooms before booking.
ADVANCED PURCHASE / NON-REFUNDABLE RATES. Early Booking / Non-refundable Fees and Restrictions on payments made reservations via booking2luxury.com are non-refundable and cannot be changed. Rooms and Rates are subject to availability at participating hotels.
ADVANCED PURCHASE / NON-REFUNDABLE RATES. Full payment is required in advance. The credit card or wire transfer will be charged immediately for the full duration of stay even if the booking is not used. No restrictions to the online purchase date and subject to hotel availability at the time of booking. The Advance-Purchase / Non-Refundable Rate discounts vary for each hotel. Reservations made with non-refundable rates cannot be changed, refunded, partially refunded, exchanged, cancelled or transferred to another party. No refunds for non-arrival on check-in date.
Change / Cancellation of Reservation: It is not permitted to modify a Non Refundable Rate reservation.If a non-refundable reservation is canceled, the full amount will be retained as a cancellation fee and no refund or partial refund will be made.
Fees may not apply to other stays, services or goods. No rates or hotel availability are guaranteed until full payment is received. Booking2Luxury.com reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice if any notice of fraud or illegal activity regarding the payment of the booking is made or reported.
2.3 BEST PRICE GUARANTEE – CONDITIONS
We strive to get the lowest possible price for your reservation at Booking2luxury.com. Rarely if you find a cheaper price for your reservation elsewhere, you can contact us.
Only Hotel, Transfer or Trip Bookings Price Match. If you pay for a hotel room, make a reservation and then let us know if you find a lower price for your hotel room or hotel room located on another site. We will contact the relevant company for the required prices. For hotel reservations, the Hotel Price Guarantee is valid up to 24 hours from the date of booking your hotel - if you find a lower price, let us know and we will check the price. Of course, the lower price you find must be the same: hotel (or property), check-in and check-out dates, length of stay, fee plan, payment terms, same room (or accommodation) type, room All taxes and fees (including meal plan, cancellation conditions, etc.) conditions. The comparison should be made separately for the same hotel (not as part of a package or Flight + Hotel agreement).
Transfer or Trip Reservation Comparison also applies to the present - General to all. The Best Price Guarantee applies to both advertised and publicly available prices on a website for consumers. For example, this membership program does NOT include the rates offered on the websites; corporate discounts or rates; frequent stays, group, reward program, incentive, meeting, congress, consolidation or interline prices; prices obtained by auction or similar process; or prices may only be used using a coupon or other promotions or special promotions offered by the provider, which are not offered to non-public or other 'award' type programs. It may not come from a website you are looking for, or from an email you received to receive a low charge. The price must be received in the same currency as the booking2luxury.com booking (no reference to currency converter) and a reservation must be made.
Hotel Price Guarantee is not valid:
a) If the room / property, Car Rental, Transfer or Excursion is not specified unless a reservation is made in Accommodation, Car Rental, Transfer or Trip, the reservation will be allocated until you make your reservation.
b) In non-refundable bookings or in rooms / properties that cannot be canceled without penalty.
c) Reservations reserved as Holiday Packages.
Comparison Must Be on The Same Journey
The Price Guarantee applies only to full travel programs, including the same hotel, room type, fare plan, payment terms, applicable refund policy, and hotel stay dates (applies to Car Rental, Transfer or Trips). Through Booking2Luxury.com. The Best Price Guarantee applies to all bookings, including all taxes and fees, for car rental, transfer or travel expenses. The hotel name does not apply to bookings made on websites where Car rental, Transfer, Trip type or other booking details are not known until purchase. Subject to the lowest price guarantee, you must meet all requirements (including, if applicable) the low price, including, but not limited to, residence, region and age-related requirements.
All requests for the Best Price Guarantee are subject to confirmation by Booking2Luxury.com. We will not accept screenshots or other so-called evidence of a lower price that we cannot independently approve. In our sole discretion, we cannot verify the outcome of a print or other error or any claim that we believe to be fraudulent or malicious. Verified requests will be given a credit from the card used for booking. If the credit appears on your statement, you can receive the billing cycle for 30 days or more.
How Price Match is Requested
After you make your reservation and see the lower price, we will do the rest, you can fill in our contact form within 24 hours. In addition, we reserve the right to grant you this right at your current Hotel Booking, Car Rental, Transfer or Trip reservation, if you have a Free Cancellation right to cancel this reservation, rather than canceling the current reservation. The Good Price Guarantee is valid for bookings made since 1 January 2019. Rarely, competing websites can show that prices are no longer available or incorrect and, when we believe that this is possible, we will be directly in touch with the competitor / travel provider to ensure that the price shown is correct.
3. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payments of the selected and agreed services should be made on this website and / or in the system.
After entering your credit card number, you will be given a binding offer to the Company by clicking the "Buy Now" button. No contract or other obligations are created for Booking2Luxury.com unless payment is received by Booking2Luxury. Booking2Luxury.com reserves the right to turn on / off the prepay option on this website for all services provided to the client / customer. Prepayment Offer percent of this website or Partner Companies and / or the customer will be shown during the payment process. Booking2Luxury.com reserves the right to increase / decrease the prepayment rate at any time.
By making a reservation with Booking2Luxury.com, you accept and agree to the cancellation and no-show policy. The general cancellation and no-show policy of each service is available on the website during the booking procedure and varies according to the selected service and / or date. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for a cancellation or change. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions before making your reservation. Lower rates are subject to the discretion of Booking2Luxury.com and after consultation with the affected partner. In the absence of a confirmed reservation, Booking2Luxury.com will attempt to provide an alternative solution of the same or higher standard in the same location / area. If this is not possible, Booking2Luxury.com may offer a full refund if the alternative solution is not preferred. Booking2Luxury.com will also attempt to contact the Partner prior to the departure of the customer and advise on such compliance. Where this is not possible, Booking2Luxury.com will try to ensure that the relevant supplier changes as quickly and efficiently as possible. Booking2Luxury.com reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of system failures and / or price calculation error.
5. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Credit card – Transfer
If applicable and available, certain accommodation providers offer reservations to the accommodation service provider via secure online payment (full or partially and as required by the accommodation) during the booking process (if your bank supports the offer). Payment is processed securely from your credit / debit card or bank account to the accommodation provider's bank account via a third-party payment processor.
Please note that for certain rates or special offers, credit card can be pre-authorized or charged with reservation and reservation confirmation (sometimes without any refunds). Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions before making your reservation.
In case of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies carry the risk and cover all expenses arising from such fraud or misuse.
By making a reservation to an accommodation provider, you agree to the applicable cancellation and no-show policy of that accommodation provider and agree to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions that may apply to your accommodation provider's reservation. Accommodation, including services offered by the accommodation provider (delivery terms and conditions of an accommodation provider can be received with the corresponding accommodation provider). The general cancellation and no-show policy of each accommodation provider is available on the accommodation information pages, during the booking process and in the confirmation e-mail on our website. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for a cancellation or change Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions before making your reservation. Please note that a reservation requiring an advance payment or (fully or partially) prepayment may be canceled if the relevant (remaining) amount (s) are not fully received on the relevant payment date (without a default notice or warning). In accordance with the payment policy of the accommodation and booking. 6. RESERVATION CHANGES
Reservation changes will be charged at the amount of %4 Euros per booking or equivalent according to the following exchange rates:
• %4 = GBP, USD, TL, EU etc.
Please note that our Customer Service Team is subject to change to a guest for the requested change and will be re-confirmed during the change.
If the customer has a reason for making a complaint, a complaint must be made and the office specified in the confirmation must be immediately compensated.
If a participant neglects to report an existing problem, the right to claim will be void.
8. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES
All contracts for flights made through Booking2Luxury.com are governed by Cyprus Law, E.U. Regulation 261/2004 of 11 February 2004, and the Rules set out by the International Air Transport Association as revised from time to time Clients/ passengers on a journey involving an ultimate destination or a stop in a country other than the country of origin or other than a E.U. Member- State, are advised that the provisions of a treaty known as the Warsaw Convention of 1929 may be applicable to the entire journey, including any portion entirely within the country of origin or destination. The Courts of the Republic of Cyprus have absolute jurisdiction for all contracts signed here. All provisions contained in the terms and conditions of 1-26 apply to flight bookings, except in the case of conflicts with the provisions of this section.
Air Carrier: Air transport company with a valid operating license. Operating Airline Company: The airline company that makes a flight with a passenger or other person in a legal or natural contract, or plans to carry out or has contracted with that passenger.
The package: pre-arranged combinations provided when it is available for sale and the service covers more than 24 hours or less than two of the places required for overnight stays: (transport, accommodation and other tourist services that do not help old tourists).
Denied Boarding: means a refusal to carry passengers on a flight, although they have presented themselves for boarding except where there are reasonable grounds to deny them boarding, such as reasons of health, safety or security, or inadequate travel documentation.
Cancellation: means the non-operation of a flight which was previously planned and on which at least one place was reserved.
Ticket is a valid document giving entitlement to transport, or something equivalent in paperless form, including electronic form (E-Ticket), issued or authorized by the air carrier or its authorized agent. Validity: As a general rule tickets are valid for one year, starting from the date issued, except when otherwise provided expressly in the tickets or in Air Carrier’s tariffs, conditions of carriage, or any relevant regulations. Name changes: Not permitted Other changes: Whether changes or cancellations can be made depends on the fare conditions of the specific ticket bought. Please contact us at least 3 working days prior to your departure date and before attempting to make any changes or cancellations. An administration fee of EUR 20 per ticket will apply to this service in addition to any charges applied by the airline. Courier delivery/ postal charge may apply. Air Carriers reserve the right to modify the flight schedule at any time prior to departure. Name of the Air Carrier The Air Carrier’s full name and its abbreviation must appear in Air Carrier's tariffs, conditions of carriage, regulations or timetables. The Air Carrier's name may not appear in full on the ticket, but it must be abbreviated. Address of the Air Carrier on the Ticket The address of the Air Carrier shall be deemed to be the airport of departure as indicated next to the first abbreviation of carrier's name in the ticket. The agreed stopping places are those places indicated in this ticket or as indicated in carrier's timetables as scheduled stopping places on the passenger's route. Carriage to be performed hereunder by several successive carriers shall be considered as a single operation.
Luggage Liability Limitation
Liability for delay, loss or damage to baggage shall be borne entirely by the Air Carrier and is limited unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid. For specific types of goods valuation may be declared in cooperation with the Air-Carrier. Some Air Carriers do not accept liability for fragile, valuable or perishable goods. In the case of a damaged baggage and within a period of 7 days from the day of the receipt of the baggage, the Client-Passenger must report his/her complaint in writing and must be addressed to the Air Carrier. In case of delay of baggage, the complaint must be made within 21 days from date the baggage was delivered.
8.2 TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VILLAS
Please note that the property you are renting may not be an official tourist structure, such as a hotel, a residence and so on. but like a private dwelling. To be so, there is no standard of categories that are internationally recognized; in fact, architecture and furnishing reflects the local traditions and personal taste of the owner. This is precisely the kind of holiday that we offer: the chance to partake in the culture of the area chosen, living in the silent environment for a few days or weeks. We cannot however exclude the possibility that these differences can sometimes result in minor inconveniences due to the special nature of its architecture and of traditions in the area, but which cannot be perceived as complaints. In order to minimize this factor, of course we use certain minimum standards for all the properties we have.
License agreement for Booking2Luxury
Please note that by renting a villa from Booking2Luxury you agree to the following terms and conditions:
· Legal status of the license: By renting these properties, our guest, are entering into a licensing agreement, the purpose of which is also to protect your interests and to make your holiday as comfortable as possible.
· Entering this license always concerns a temporary and holiday residence. The facilities cannot be used as a noblness or even as a secondary residence and the guest cannot perform any commercial, manual or professional activity there. Consequently, this license is given to the terms and conditions as well as to the conditions provided for this requirement.
· Duration: The license shall terminate at the expiration of the period specified in the reservation as requested and confirmed by Booking2Luxury, without any notice requested and represented by the Booking2Luxury. It cannot be extended without prior written agreement by the licensee and its representatives: Booking2Luxury.
· Number of persons and minimum age limit: The facilities covered by this license cannot be occupied by more people than those specified in the reservation for your own comfort, because the villa is not ready for more people. Please note that unfortunately we will not accept those who wish to stay unaccompanied under the age of 18.
· Insurance: We recommend our guests to be insured by a well-known insurance company against risks such as theft, fire and water damage, both of his/her own licensing risks and for the property licensed, as well as for claims by neighbors, and to be kindly shown when requested by the owner. Consequently, the owner declines all liability for claims that it’s insurance may take against the guest in the event of a loss. Under no circumstances will Booking2Luxury be held liable if our guests are not insured.
• The main obligations of the guest:
1: Just occupy the facility as a holiday house.
2: To kindly follow all residential rules and regulations.
3: Not to give license to third parties to facilities.
4: Do not hide any furniture except your small personal belongings.
5: Not changing the layout of the property's furniture.
6: Although we respect the rights of animals and pets, please do not bring any pets without the consent of the owner.
7: During the license period, to allow for any work that needs to be carried out also for your benefit.
8: To take reasonable care of the premises and to return them in a good state of cleanliness-in case the apartment is not returned in such state, then unfortunately the guest may be billed 25 Euros for any additional hour of cleaning that needs to be done, because we, in our turn, will pay for these additional charges.
9: To inform the owner immediately in case of an accident or a breakdown, we take all steps to restore your comfort and pleasure.
10: To ensure that the the arrival and departure times are known by the owner as informed in the reservation and in accordance to terms and conditions given.
• The main obligations of the owner:
1: To give access to the licensed and reserved facilities as agreed in good working condition.
2: To ensure that guests benefit from the licensed facilities.
3: To keep the facilities in a condition to be used as intended.
4: At all times, keep keys of the facilities and have access to the facilities in order to improve or inspect cleanliness and comfort level as required by our high standards.
5: To provide or have visible access to the relevant guest information.
• Termination clause: If the license fee is not paid, the licensee may additionally request immediate termination of this agreement.
Payments and deposits
In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 10% of the total payment (or full payment within 30 days of arrival at the villa) must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is unfortunately non-refundable if not paid on time.
Your license agreement
A binding agreement (see above section concerning licensing agreement) between us comes into existence when you pay the deposit in order to ensure also the right to your holiday. If you cancel after paying the deposit our normal cancellation fees may apply.
Guests will be required to pay a security deposit of between 200.00 to 500.00 euros upon arrival, according to the villa or apartment classification they have booked. This security deposit is to cover any costs due to any damage(s) by yourself or any member of your party. If no deductions are required, a full refund will be made when leaving the property. If the security deposit not be sufficient to cover any damage(s) or service charges incurred by yourself and/or your party, you will be responsible for the extra payment immediately and upon request by the owner's representative.
Cancellation Policy for Villas
If you need to cancel your stay after the contract has begun, please immediately advise us by email or fax. Your notice of cancellation will be effective when it is received only in writing. The following cancellation fees may be incurred as we assume charges from the moment your reservation is confirmed and we will not be able to resell your stay. If the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost of the booking excluding the change charges. Change charges will not be refunded if there is a cancellation.

Depending on the reason of cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these charges (less any excess) under the terms of any insurance policy you may have. Claims must be made directly to the Insurance Company.
Arrival and departure times from Villa
Our Guests may normally take possession from 4 pm on the day of arrival and are expected to vacate the property by 11 am on the morning of departure. This allows time for cleaning and making the villa ready for our next arriving guests. Any changes in arrival and departure times are subject to availability and request upon the actual arrival/departure days.
The cost of your stay
We reserve the right to decrease or increase the prices of accommodation at any time. The price of your stay will be confirmed at the time of booking, based the correction of errors. We reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. We will do this as soon as we know about the mistake
Changes made by you regarding your reservation
If you would like to make any changes to your confirmed booking, please notify us by mail as soon as possible. Whilst we will try to help, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet any such requests. Where we can, an amendment - fee may be payable together with any costs incurred by ourselves.
From time to time, construction work and its associated noise is unavoidable. We do not control such work, and we do not receive advance notice of when it will begin. Where we are aware of such construction works, we will let you know as soon as we consider that the relevant work will affect the quality of your holiday.
If you experience a problem with your holiday, please inform our villa representative as soon as possible and no longer than 24 hours from the time of its occurrence. Any verbal notification must be confirmed in writing as soon as possible. Our duty is to investigate and give the best possible solution for you.
Special needs and requirements
Unfortunately, our villas may not be ideally suited for clients with disabilities, but some are more suitable than others. If you have a disability and need specific answers to specific questions, we would be happy to have them in writing, so that we can include them in your final booking. We cannot provide special facilities without knowing your requirements.
Electricity consumption and environment
Electricity consumption is included in the price. However, if the demand is higher than expected, due to the excessive use of electrical devices such as air conditioners, we may charge additional fees. Our environmental policy indicates that all electrical usable devices must be switched off in order to conserve energy.
Inventory of household items
All items exceeding EUR 250.00 are listed and priced according to current market prices and an inventory may be conveniently placed in your Villa. In case of any damage, a fee may be charged according to these prices.
Public Liability Clause
Booking2Luxury.com accepts no liability for any injuries/losses incurred by the tenants and/or visitors during their stay in the property nor loss or damage to any luggage and/or personal belongings. Tenants are advised to take out their own personal insurance at the time of booking.
8.3 TRAVEL INSURANCE
Booking2Luxury.com strongly recommends that you receive an insurance policy with your flight reservation in order to cover you and your party against the cost of medical expenses; in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses. Please check it carefully to ensure that all the details are correct.
Final travel arrangements
Please ensure that all your travel, passport, visa (if required) and insurance documents are in order and that you have a copy of your Insurance Policy in case you needed.
In case of dates changes of your journey you have to contact directly with the Travel Insurance company and request change of your Travel Insurance contract and policy. Booking2Luxury.com is not responsible for protection policy of personal information, page content, or any damage caused by the usage 3 party pages sites as you have access to those pages with your own responsibility. The supplier providing travel insurance on this website is independent contractor and not agent or employee of Booking2Luxury.com. Booking2Luxury.com is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from. Booking2Luxury.com has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majesty or other causes beyond its direct control, and it has no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Any exclusion or limitation of liability of Air Carrier will apply to all agents, servants and representatives of the Air Carrier and any person whose aircraft is used by the Air Carrier for carriage and its agents, servants and representatives. Booking2Luxury.com cannot be responsible for delays, accidents, losses, changes of schedules, damages, etc, that may occur in any of its suppliers' services. Booking2Luxury.com will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure. Booking2Luxury.com will not be liable for any damages or injury, including but not limited to, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this website, even if there is negligence, or if Booking2Luxury.com or an authorized Booking2Luxury.com representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or both. In all cases, Booking2Luxury.com total liability for all losses, damages, and causes of action (including negligence in the contract, without limitation), otherwise will not be greater than the amount paid to access this website and/or its services.
10. INITIATIVES AND PROGRAMS
Booking2Luxury.com reserves its right to modify and/or change, without notice, any itineraries or programs presented in this website, or anything else presented in this website, as a result of changes caused by service suppliers or third parties in general or any other reason.
11. STAR RATING AND ACCOMMODATION QUALITY
The customer / client / partner acknowledges that the star and other ratings are a general outline based on the official rating of Cyprus (governed by the Cyprus Tourism Organization) and are unreliable to determine the quality of the accommodation. Standards may vary by classification and this is usually reflected in the price. The same applies to the facilities offered and offered, such as: Single rooms, baby cots, rolling or pulling out or extra beds and other amenities described.
12. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Booking2Luxury.com and its suppliers have taken reasonable care to ensure that the content of the website including all hotels and other information are accurate. The hotel and other information are listings provided by relevant suppliers. Booking2Luxury.com publishes such information in bona fide.
